Love working with Chris and his wonderful group of trainers. My husband and I were looking for a gentle way to exercise and didn't want to commit to more than once a week. I'm amazing how fast our improvement has been! The workouts always feel great (I always say that I feel like I got a massage afterwards) and we've never had an injury because the team knows how to support the body. Highly recommend!

I started My Core Balance about a year ago after a severe lower back spasm. Chris had me do specific exercises to improve my imbalances, improve my posture and overall well being. I am stronger then I ever have been. I have done many other exercises, but nothing I have stuck to consistency for a year like MCB. I attribute my commitment to my health to the commitment Chris, Myumi, Sherree and Aaron put into their clients. Every time someone asks me why I like MCB I tell them because I feel awesome after the exercises and I love the sense of community between the instructors and other members which is unmatched by most other gym and non gym like facilities. To top it off I have lost 35 pounds and gained about a half inch in my height.
Chris and his team are friendly, attentive and focused on you. Plus the members are really nice. If you want to get strong and balanced in a mellow atmosphere, this is the place. If you want loud music or think, "no pain = no gain" , this isn't the place for you. The classes won't leave you sweating, but they will leave you stronger and more fit.
I first came to Chris immediately after a major surgery and illness. He helped me to regain my strength and get my body back in alignment. I keep coming back because he keeps the workouts interesting and because I feel so good afterwards. I am stronger now than I’ve ever been in my life.

I’ve been in pain for 3 years after running the Wharf to Wharf in 2008 and conventional physical therapy was not working to heal my IT (ilio tibial) Band. I attended one of Chris’ classes and felt there had to be exercises or stretching that could help me with my IT band issue. The most important benefit I've received from My Core Balance is truly understanding my incorrect use of my muscle groups and what effect that has had on my body over time. Chris and Aaron at My Core Balance have helped me tremendously in understanding how I engage my muscles. I signed up at the suggestion of a friend. Did a 10 session package which also allows you to attend a group session on Saturday. I am now on my 3rd 10 week program. The exercises are unique and tailored to your specific needs. I have found them very beneficial and plan to continue. The trainer I have worked with is Aaron Bueno and he has been 7 star on a 5 star scale. Knowledgable, friendly, motivating and very personable.

Chris is top notch regarding knowledge of the body. His specialty and techniques in body alignment and a properly functioning body is unique and it works. He will get you out of pain and put you on a path to better health. Chris has personally helped me with several issues by treating the body as a whole and never the symptom ! I've been teaching exercise my whole life and have never found anything like this.

Chris is fun to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable and well trained and experienced. his work helped me gain balanced strength back after being in severe back pain/leg nerve pain for over a year. I am now hiking, biking and even running again without pain. I am so happy and his exercise plan is easy and fun to do daily.
