Optional Add-On - Business Sponsorship - $20

This is completely optional and will not affect the content of the interview.
In addition to being a guest on the Health in the Real World podcast, for just $20 you can also sponsor your episode. Sponsorship entitles you to put your logo at the top-right corner of the screen for the entire episode.
NOTE: You will still be able to “plug” your business at the end of the show whether you sign up for this add-on or not. The add-on entitles you to the extra plus branding with your company logo.

FAQs

My goal is to bring practical strategies based on the knowledge and experience of people who are healthy and help others get healthy. With this in mind as the general goal, we can get as specific as you want with the topic.

Yes, keep in mind that if we get on a tangent, we’re going to just roll with it. I think it’s important to have a script, but I don’t want the episodes to get robotic. With that in mind, here are some general questions I might ask to get the conversation rolling:

  1. What’s one of the most important things somebody can do today to get healthy?
  2. What do you tell somebody who falls off the wagon?
  3. Where do you struggle in your health and fitness? And what’s your strategy to get past that?
  4. Give your one minute health monologue/motivational speech
Each episode will be between 10 and 20 minutes. Believe it or not, this goes quickly. Even if you think you don’t have enough content to fill that time, we can make it work. If our conversation goes for longer than 20 minutes, I’ll break the episode into two smaller episodes when I go to edit in post-production.
Yes, absolutely. We’ll send you a link to your episode.
