Welcome, Podcast Guest!
I'm excited to get to know you and find out what you're up to. First, let me introduce myself:
- I've been a fitness trainer since 2004, starting after I tried to play semi-pro basketball in Europe.
- I started My Core Balance in 2011, where we focus on core, balance, and flexibility.
- I'm also a self-published author on Amazon, with books on back pain, nutrition, motivation, and building muscle.
- As part of my commitment to natural nutrition, I represent Juice Plus and Tower Garden as an independent affiliate.

FAQs
Yes, keep in mind that if we get on a tangent, we’re going to just roll with it. I think it’s important to have a script, but I don’t want the episodes to get robotic. With that in mind, here are some general questions I might ask to get the conversation rolling:
- What’s one of the most important things somebody can do today to get healthy?
- What do you tell somebody who falls off the wagon?
- Where do you struggle in your health and fitness? And what’s your strategy to get past that?
- Give your one minute health monologue/motivational speech
